What Is Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy, and will look gorgeous, shampoo after shampoo. All hair from MiaSadira can be bleached, dyed, blow dried, and styled with hot styling tools. We guarantee that our hair is 100% human hair with all cuticles aligned in the same direction–or your money back.

How Much Hair Is In Each Bundle?

Hair from MiaSadira comes in bundles weighing 100 grams or between 3.2 and 3.5 ounces.

How Much Hair Will I Need?

For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 22 inches. For hair measuring 22 inches and up, it is recommended to use 4 bundles. For lengths 30 inches and longer, you will need 5 bundles. When using a closure, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 3 bundles can complete the install. When using a lace frontal, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 2-3 bundles can complete the install.

Do you offer wholesale?

We are currently not offering wholesale on the MiaSadira brand. If you are interested in driving move traffic and gaining more clients by carrying our hair in your salon, please email us at info@miasadirahair.com

What Payments Do you Accept?

MiaSadira gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover,and debit cards via our payment processor Paypal. Please note that we can only ship a credit/debit card order to the same address to which your statement is sent. Any order that fails to fit this criteria will not ship and be immediately refunded. This policy protects you from fraudulent use of your card.

Buy Now Pay Later with Quadpay?

MiaSadira is proud to offer you flexible payment options with Quadpay! We want to highlight a few things to keep in mind when applying:

  1. Quadpay will run a SOFT credit check (will not effect your credit score). This allows them to verify your identity
  2. Please ensure your personal information eg: name, dob, address, phone number, are correct. Any inaccurate information will cause your application to be declined
  3. Please note, in-order to use Quadpay on miasadirahair.com  there is a minimum order total of $200 USD
  4. You must have at least 30% (payment 1 of 4) of your order total available at the time of your purchase as this amount will be due at checkout
  5. If this is your first time shopping with Quadpay start with a smaller order amount as this can increase your approval decision. Establishing a positive payment history with Quadpay builds trust and allows approval of larger future orders.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Please contact us at customercare@miasadirahair.com to cancel an order. If your order has not departed our facilities, we can cancel the order. Please note that you will incur a $10 restock fee.

When Will My Order Ship?

Our online department hours of operations are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Once you place your order, and payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.  Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. In some cases, orders placed during sales can incur an additional 1-2 business day processing time.

Lace Wigs: All lace wigs on the site are custom units and will ship once customization is complete .

Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed to you confirming your shipment.

Do I need Insurance For My Purchase?

We strongly suggest you purchase the insurance for your hair as MiaSadira-Virgin Hair Extensions LLC. is not responsible for lost packagaes. Once your package has been shipped, we can not replace it, or issue a refund. In the event your package is lost, and you selected insurance, we will file a claim with the FEDEX for payment of the lost package.

What Do I Do If My Shipment Is Lost?

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at (877) 557-1119. We will contact FEDEX right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending FEDEX’s investigation of the situation.

Can I Return My Products?

MiaSadira maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Under federal law, used human hair products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Please consult a professional stylist when chemically processing the hair. We are not responsible for chemical processing, coloring, cutting, or texturizing done to any of the hair by our customers.

Can I Make An Exchange?

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern; the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be advised, if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture or if the company has made a mistake with your order you must contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange however, hair must be in its original state. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, bundle or processed) in any way. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees. You must contact customer care to request a return label be shipped to you and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory available. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future returns must be done at your expense.

What Do I Do If My Product Is Defective?

In the Rare Occurrence of a product defect, the policy will be as follows:

There is a 30-day Product Defect Exchange Policy which commences on the date of purchase. Customers should contact an MiaSadira Representative at customercare@miasadirahair.com and notify them of their issue or concern. The hair must be removed and the entire purchased amount must be returned for the quality assurance process to begin. Customers should contact Customer Care to request a return label. Note that perming, coloring, rinsing, lifting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If MSVH verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way,

MiaSadira will then exchange or replace the product. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. MiaSadira will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if shipped ground. Otherwise the customer will receive a $10 credit towards another shipping option. If MiaSadira does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer (via ground) at our expense without an exchange of product.

We understand the costs of having to remove the extensions may be significant. As such, MiaSadira will gladly provide a credit of $50 to the customer towards a future MiaSadira online purchase if, and only if, the product is determined by MiaSadira to be defective. This policy is effective 01/01/2017. Any customer that has hair deemed defective that is replaced on or after this date will receive a $50 voucher that can be used with  online or in-store orders only. Customers have one year to redeem the voucher.

Can I Close My Account?

Yes. You can close your account by contacting our customer care team with the following information:
Your full name
Registered email address
The billing address we have on file for you
Once we have received this information, we will close your account and send you a confirmation email. However we may still need to hold information about you for administrative and audit purposes, and to retain evidence of our contract with you.
